New Developments in Wind Energy

with contributions from
Stefan Moidl (Austrian Wind Energy Association)
Günther Brauner (TU Wien - Research group "Power Systems" )

Wind energy is a renewable technology with a huge physical potential. However, due to different limitations so far only a very small part of this potential has been taped. But there is still considerable technological progress under way with respect to capacities and increases in fulloadhours leading to the challenge of optimal repowering.

In this REN Talk 2-3 experts will give talks on these prospects and challenges in the wind industry.
The talk is chaired by Academic Director Reinhard Haas (TU Wien).

After the speeches, the experts are available for questions and discussion and Energiepark Bruck and TU Wien would like to invite you to a reception with drinks and snacks.
